An online assessment will be emailed to you to complete. The goal of this is to help us provide an opportunity that is ideal for you. We have multiple positions so we can create the right career path for your goals. 
Step 3:
In person interviews will be scheduled if we have a current position and the above have been completed and reviewed. 


Real Estate Agent

This position is for those that have a proven track record in real estate sales. If you are looking to take your business to the next level, then we want to talk to you.  Do you desire to grow, adopt new skills and be a part of something bigger than yourself?  If you do, we want to explore if we are the right fit for you.

Showing Assistant

This position is ideal for those that are new to the real estate industry and want to learn and partner with a Lead Buyer's Agent.  This is the ideal position for developing skills and building a solid foundation.  You will need to have a real estate license. 

Real Estate Sales Intern

Unique opportunity to earn while you learn for right person. Are you passionate about sales, providing great support for our clients and want to be successful? Then this might be a great position for you. Must get your real estate license, have a great work ethic, able to work nights and weekends, be coachable and have an amazing attitude. 

Inside Sales 

If you love being on the phone, have a lot of energy and love to help buyers and sellers reach their goals, then this position is ideal for you.  Sales experience is preferred however no real estate experience is needed.  Bring your willingness to learn, desire for success and commitment to offering great service to our clients and we will provide training.  

Marketing Assistant/Social Media Specialist

Is marketing your passion and you love people? We are looking for the right fit to market the homes we represent, our company and create amazing experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate must love people and technology. love to learn, have a great work ethic and will look for the solutions for success. 

Closing Coordinator 

Details and people are what you love and are passionate about and you love to solve issues. This position is for those that can think outside of the box and find solutions.  You are an advocate for your clients and the agents.
