How Will You Celebrate July 4th?

I just love the 4th of July. It is time to see where you are going to celebrate in Palm Beach County. 

This year the City of West Palm Beach will celebrate on Flager in the biggest free event in South Florida. The event goes from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm along the West Palm Beach Waterfront. This event as it is the 30th year anniversary of the 4th on Flagler. Celebrations will include live performances from your favorite local and regional acts on three stages, a military honor ceremony, larger-than-life versions of games like Human Foosball, Life-sized Jenga and Pong.  And new this year, an air-conditioned arcade! All activities are free and the kids are sure to have a blast. To top it off the night will end with an 18 minute firework show over the Intracoastal Waterway!

Want to celebrate the 4th on the beach? Come and celebrate Independence Day on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. 

Located on A1A and Atlantic Avenue, this free event will hold back to back live music. Family activities will include a Kid’s Corner with face painting, craft activities,  sidewalk chalk, a photo booth, the Splash Zone featuring water slides and games, and much more.

Adults can cool down at the Beer Garden hosted by Burger Fi, Caffe Luna Rosa, and Boston’s on the Beach. There will be a custard eating contest for the kids and a burger eating contest for adults courtesy of Burger Fi. The sand-sculpting contest on the beach begins at noon which is always a popular activity. Be sure to wear your sandals as the sand gets hot. There will be a fireworks show at 9pm which launches from the North end of the beach.

If you are in Boca this Independence Day come and celebrate the 4th with presenting sponsor, the Boca Raton Airport, live music and performances, food and drinks, carnival rides, games and crafts, and of course, amazing fireworks to end the night! 

This event will take place at Spanish River Athletic Complex in deHoernle Park and will go from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. 
Admission is free along with parking and several nearby public parking lots including Boca Corporate Center with complimentary shuttle service will begin at 5:30pm and run continuously until 10:15pm. Blankets & lawn chairs permitted. Personal fireworks, sparklers, alcohol, and family pets are absolutely prohibited.
