Steve Treu is the Broker for Treu Group Real Estate, representing buyers and sellers across Palm Beach County and Martin County, with select transactions in Broward County. After 17 years in commercial construction project management and earning his degree from Purdue University, Steve joined Lisa to grow Treu Group Real Estate and has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals since 2001.
Steve brings a construction-minded approach to every move—pricing strategy, inspections, timelines, and negotiation—so clients feel supported and informed from the first conversation through closing. He is a go-to resource for new construction, helping buyers compare builders and communities, review contracts, evaluate floor plans and options, and stay organized through walkthroughs, punch lists, warranty items, and closing.
Steve also consults clients on real estate investments and commercial real estate transactions. As one of the first agents in the country to earn the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation, he guided Palm Beach County and Martin County clients through short sales early in the market shift with strong results.
