Avenir Clubhouses

One of the standout features of Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens is the variety of clubhouse experiences available throughout the community.

Avenir includes two major community clubhouses — Great Egret Clubhouse and Blue Heron Clubhouse — along with private clubhouses for Regency at Avenir and Esprit at Avenir, Avenir's two 55+ communities. Panther National also offers its own private golf and club experience within Avenir.

Great Egret Clubhouse at Avenir

The Great Egret Clubhouse at Avenir is Avenir's newest major clubhouse and serves neighborhoods on the western side of the community. The approximately 28,000-square-foot clubhouse sits on 13 acres and combines dining, recreation, fitness, wellness and social activities.

Pools: Dawn to dusk

Restaurant, class, activity and racquet schedules may have their own operating times.

Great Egret includes a resort-style pool with beach entry and spa, a lap pool, interactive splash area, cabanas and an expansive pool deck.

The Racquet Club features 12 lighted pickleball courts and 9 lighted clay tennis courts, along with a pro shop and spectator areas. Indoors, residents can enjoy a full-size basketball court and sports complex.

Fitness & Wellness

Great Egret combines fitness and wellness with a fitness center featuring cardio and strength equipment, a group fitness studio, locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, massage rooms, spa services and a nail salon.

Dining & Social Spaces

A full-service restaurant is one of Great Egret's signature features. Residents can also enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, lounge and bar areas, poolside service, card rooms, a teen room and gathering spaces for community activities and events.

The Blue Heron Clubhouse at Avenir is Avenir's original major clubhouse. At approximately 16,000 square feet, Blue Heron combines pools, sports, fitness and social spaces with extensive outdoor recreation.

Blue Heron features a resort-style pool with waterfalls, an 8-person spa, a two-lane lap pool, cabanas, shaded pavilions and a splash area.

Sports amenities include 8 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts, along with playground and outdoor recreation spaces.

Blue Heron includes a fitness center with gym and aerobics areas, space for classes and locker rooms.

The Pearl is the private approximately 30,000-square-foot clubhouse for Regency at Avenir homeowners.

The Pearl includes a zero-entry heated pool and spa along with tennis, pickleball, bocce, basketball, an event lawn, outdoor games and a golf simulator.

Fitness & Wellness

Fitness and wellness amenities include cardio and strength equipment, yoga and meditation areas, wellness spaces and locker rooms.

The Pearl includes a café, poolside grill, social lounge, billiards room, card room, art and craft spaces, ballroom, outdoor amphitheater and gathering areas.

Esprit at Avenir Clubhouse: 55+ Clubhouse

Esprit at Avenir is creating an approximately 31,000-square-foot private clubhouse centered around dining, recreation, fitness, wellness and social experiences.

Plans include a resort-style pool, outdoor recreation spaces and championship-level pickleball courts.

Fitness & Wellness

Esprit's clubhouse plans include an EGYM-powered fitness center along with wellness and recovery spaces, including a cold plunge and infrared sauna.

Dining & Social Spaces

A full-service restaurant and bar will be one of the signature features of the Esprit clubhouse. Indoor and outdoor lounges and gathering spaces are also planned.
